These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zura.beauty (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Morocco Trade Group LLC ("ZURA," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products

ZURA sells cold-pressed Moroccan argan oil intended for topical cosmetic use. Product descriptions, certifications, and specifications are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at time of publication.

Orders & Payment

All retail orders are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing.

Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale pricing and terms are extended at our discretion to approved clinics and professionals following application review. Wholesale terms are governed by a separate agreement confirmed directly with approved accounts.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Morocco Trade Group LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
